Caroline Saint Olive is a litigation and disputes lawyer based in Paris. She focuses on anti-corruption, advising French and international corporations across a broad range of sectors.
Caroline has extensive experience in relation to business ethics and investigations, including the implementation of global compliance policies; day-to-day assistance to compliance officers; audits and assessment of compliance policies; training sessions; integrity due diligence; and investigations in areas such as corruption, fraud and international sanctions.
In 2013, Caroline trained for a year with the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Unit of an international insurance company where she was in charge of the analysis of files of politically exposed / sensitive clients, and the drafting of suspicious transaction reports. Subsequently, she trained for six months at a French law firm focusing on white collar crime and criminal law.
Caroline also spent six months training with Transparency International France where she was in charge of processing testimonies from victims or witnesses of corruption and the follow-up on court cases, including the "Biens mal acquis" case which involved the embezzlement of public funds in Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Republic of Congo.
Following a period of training with the firm, Caroline joined us in October 2017.
She is fluent in French and English.
