Kelly Boreham joined the firm in 2008 as a paralegal and has over 20 years of combined experience in real estate and lending transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked at a medium-sized law firm focusing primarily on residential real estate transactions, reverse-mortgages, commercial lending and new housing development sales.
Since joining the firm, Kelly's work and experience has expanded to include title review and analysis, due diligence searches and analysis, all aspects of commercial real estate purchases and sales transactions (both assets and shares), foreclosure sales, development and land exchanges for municipal governments, municipal land subdivisions and road closures, First Nations land development and leasing, and subdivision and land consolidations.
