Biography

Maha Mansour is an employment and labour lawyer based in Toronto. Her practice includes all areas of employment and labour law, including employment standards, labour relations, wrongful dismissal, occupational health and safety, and human rights.

During law school, Maha was recognized in various legal publications for her academic achievement and community service. She graduated Cum Laude, and was the recipient of the Student Law Society award. She was on the Dean's List and clerked at the Michigan Office of the Attorney General. In her graduating year, she served as the class president, and participated in various advocacy competitions, including the Chicago Bar Association National Moot and the Keenan Appellate competition where she received awards for Finalist, Top Oralist, and Top Brief. In addition to her legal experience, Maha worked in the financial services industry for many years, and held the position of manager, strategy and innovation at a major Canadian bank prior to attending law school.

Maha first joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2017 and returned to complete her articles in 2018. During her articles, Maha completed a secondment at Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to rejoining us in 2021 Maha worked for another leading law firm from 2019 to 2020 where she practiced in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation.
