Biography

Bryan Roy focuses on civil and commercial litigation, primarily in construction and product liability.

With a background in life sciences and extensive knowledge of mechanics, process mechanics and electricity, Bryan has developed a distinctive practice in which he is called upon to handle complex technical disputes for contractors, owners, manufacturers, professionals, suppliers, and insurers.

As part of his university studies, Bryan studied transnational commercial law at the EBS University of Business and Law, in Germany.

  • Multinational companies specializing in the laser sector in a commercial dispute involving the valuation and sale of shares.
