Biography
Marjolein Pichel is a banking lawyer based in Amsterdam.
Marjolein has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions, with a primary focus on project finance in PPP and renewable energy and real estate. In projects and real estate transactions, she acts for banks, sponsors and other parties in complex finance transactions with both commercial lenders and non-commercial lenders. Furthermore, she regularly advises on insolvency and restructuring related matters for project finance and real estate structured finance.
Before Marjolein joined Norton Rose Fulbright, she worked as a lawyer at an international law firm where she closed both onshore and offshore windfarm deals, real estate transactions, Dutch PPP deals and structured finance, in general.
