Biography
Jennifer Lang-Hodge is an associate in our employment and labour group. She assists senior counsel in advising clients on a wide range of employment and labour issues, including compliance with employment standards, workers' compensation, employer policies, hiring and termination, wrongful dismissal, collective agreements, harassment and discrimination complaints, privacy compliance, and other related areas.
Prior to joining us, Jennifer worked at a boutique family law firm where she gained valuable litigation experience. She also recently completed a seminar in mediation and conflict management through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
During law school, Jennifer spent her final term as a judicial intern with the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
