Niles Bond practises in the energy group, where he works on matters involving the regulation of public utilities, environmental law and aboriginal law. In addition to assisting with litigation in both the Supreme and Provincial courts of British Columbia, Niles has worked on multiple rate applications and inquiries before the utilities commissions of both BC and Alberta, and advised on questions pertaining to environmental liability and reporting obligations for major private and public projects in British Columbia.

Prior to returning to the firm in 2018, Niles clerked for Madam Justice Dickson and Madam Justice Griffin of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
