Eva Chow is a paralegal working in our banking and finance team.

Eva's banking and finance experience involves preparing all security documents, including mortgages of land and leasehold mortgages, security agreements, priority agreements and supporting documents. Supporting documents include corporate resolutions, officer's certificates and opinions. Eva also has experience with handling registrations in the BC Personal Property Registry and the BC Land Title Office and managing transactions from start to finish in connection with both real and personal property financing.

She also assists with conducting various due diligence searches and the review of the same, which include, but are not limited to, title, corporate, BC Personal Property Registry, bankruptcy, litigation and bank act searches.
