Lena Haffner is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer. She advises and represents clients in various proceedings in courts and before national and international arbitration tribunals.
Lena frequently deals with representing and advising real estate companies. She also advises clients in relation to drafting, negotiating and executing of commercial tendencies agreements.
One of Lena`s focuses is handling shipbuilding, ship repair, yachting and trade disputes. She advises in shipbuilding, conversion and repair matters. Lena has experience with the negotiation of contracts for traders, owners, yards and manufacturers as well as the sale and purchase of all types of vessels. Her works involves the representing of clients in relation to all aspects of the yachting industry. This includes shipbuilding, sale and purchase transactions, financing, registration and general claims management.
Lena completed her studies at the University of Tübingen. She was awarded with the Master of Laws (LL.M.) focused on international Arbitration. Prior to joining the firm she worked in another international law firm. Lena is a member of the German Initiative of Young Arbitration Lawyers (DIS 40).
