Biography
Frances is an employment and labour lawyer based in Cape Town.
Frances is involved in litigation in the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court. She has experience in providing general employment and labour law advice, which includes opinion work, research and investigatory work.
Most recently, Frances has provided advice to a number of local and international clients regarding employment law and the COVID-19 regulatory environment.
Frances has been involved in large scale eDiscovery work as part of cross-border litigation, forensic investigations for a large metropolitan municipality and a well-known sporting association.
Frances also has previous experience in human rights and refugee law, including research, impact litigation and training.
