Ian is a corporate lawyer based in London. He practices across a variety of sectors with a particular emphasis on private M&A.

Ian's experience includes advising on M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), equity fundraisings, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and consortia work, W&I insurance policies and other general corporate advisory work.

He trained with the firm in London and also spent time on secondment in our Singapore office.
