Biography
Kim Bernard's practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial litigation, and covers all aspects of litigation, from providing legal advice and drafting proceedings, to representing clients before the courts. Ms. Bernard is particularly interested in insurance law, professional liability and construction law.
While in law school, Ms. Bernard competed in the Canada-wide Gale Cup Moot in which her team received the award for best French-speaking team outside the finals.

- A professional liability insurance fund, in civil liability proceedings against a professional
