Biography
Bianca Pietracupa practises as a lawyer and trademark agent in intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on trademark, copyright, patent and industrial design litigation. In addition, Ms. Pietracupa has particular experience in litigation involving contractual disputes. She has appeared before the Quebec and federal courts. Her practice also extends to drafting commercial agreements after gaining experience in a boutique law firm prior to joining us.
During her studies, Ms. Pietracupa completed a four-month internship as a legal researcher in CBC / Radio-Canada's intellectual property law department. She also participated in pro bono mandates in intellectual property law with an emphasis on copyright.
