Victoria Appleton is a procurement and major projects lawyer based in Melbourne.

Victoria is experienced in providing probity, commercial contracting and procurement advice. She has advised numerous government departments, in particular, the Department of Defence, on commercial, contracting and procurement matters, including limitation of liability, intellectual property, risk, insurance, probity, the application of legislation and policy, and regulatory compliance.

Victoria has undertaken multiple legal secondments in various branches within the Department of Defence, where she developed her knowledge in effective contract management of complex procurements, major projects and legislative and regulatory compliance with relevant government policy, law and probity protocols.
