Preston Brasch is an associate in the employment and labour law group. His experience includes conducting due diligence in corporate transactions, reviewing and drafting employment agreements, assisting with immigration matters pertaining to work permit applications, and researching privacy law compliance requirements. Additionally, he has assisted with preparing various court documents related to both employment and general civil litigation matters.

During law school, Preston served as notes and comments editor for the Energy Law Journal, participated in an international exchange program at the University College Dublin, and externed at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program at Harvard Law School.
