Marianne Chew is a dispute resolution lawyer, focusing on compliance and investigations.
Marianne advises clients on internal investigations, including anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, contentious employment and regulatory compliance matters. She is experienced in dealing with law enforcement agencies like the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB). She has also represented corporations and individuals in cross-border disputes involving allegations of corruption, fraud, financial and market misconduct.
Marianne is experienced in advising on the design, review and implementation of compliance programmes across multiple jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining the firm, Marianne trained and practiced in an international firm where she focused on criminal litigation and white collar investigations.
