Caroline Bélair



Caroline Bélair is a litigation lawyer based in our Montreal office. Her practice covers all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, including class actions, administrative law, insurance law and constitutional matters. Ms. Belair acts before the Quebec courts as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.

Ms. Bélair began her legal career practising corporate and employment law. Ms. Bélair then worked for the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, where she supported the minister primarily in his capacity as attorney general, advising on civil litigation matters. 

Ms. Bélair clerked for the Honourable Rosalie Abella of the Supreme Court of Canada in 2016-2017.
