Caroline Bélair's practice covers all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining us, Ms. Bélair practised corporate and employment law at a firm in Montreal. Ms. Bélair also worked for the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, where she supported the minister primarily in his capacity as attorney general, advising on civil litigation matters. 

Ms. Bélair clerked for the Honourable Rosalie Abella of the Supreme Court of Canada in 2016-2017.

Ms. Bélair is fluent in English and French and has good knowledge of Spanish.
