Jessie is a banking and finance lawyer based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Jessie primarily focusses on the regulatory framework within which financial service providers operate. He advises both private and public sector clients on various aspects related to the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017 (FSRA), the Financial Advisory Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS), the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (FICA), the Pension Funds Act, 1956 (PFA) as well as other related legislation and regulations. His experience includes advising pension funds, collective investment schemes, both foreign and local banks and financial service providers as well as complex investigations.
