  • Jadestone Energy Inc on financing the acquisition of the Montara oil project from PTT Exploration and Production Company Limited.*
  • the lenders on debt and equity funding packages for the project financing of the Sandy Ridge Hazardous Waste Storage Facility in Australia.*
  • Bank lenders to a consortium bidding for the Northern Suburban Roads Upgrade Package PPP and South-Eastern Suburban Roads Upgrade Package PPP in Victoria. The packages included numerous capital projects, rehabilitation works and a 20-year maintenance program.*
  • Cooper Energy on financing offshore and onshore gas assets.*
  • A consortium of bank lenders to Pacific Hydro for the project financing of the Haughton Solar Farm in Queensland.*
  • A consortium of bank lenders to Pacific Hydro for the project financing of the Crowlands Wind Farm in Victoria.*
  • the bank lenders to a consortium bidding for the Western Suburbs Roads Package PPP in Victoria.*
  • The successful bidder to build, operate and maintain a water treatment plant for Centennial Coal and EnergyAustralia, and subsequent contractual restructure of this project.*
  • The financing consortium led by Tribeca Investment Partners on distressed debt workout arrangements in respect of Alita Resources Limited.*
  • Equity Trustees Limited (as security trustee) on distressed debt workout arrangements, the appointment of receivers in respect of Alita Resources Limited and subsequent refinancing.*
  • Global Loan Agency Services (as Security Trustee) on the appointment of receivers and managers to BlueSky.*
  • Equity Trustees Limited on the early redemption of notes and refinancing for Capital Alliance Holdings Pty Ltd.*
