Tess Waldron is a commercial litigation lawyer based in Melbourne and specialises in consumer, competition and regulatory matters.
She has experience in a broad range of complex investigatory and litigious matters, particularly in large scale Federal Court proceedings concerning misleading and deceptive conduct, unfair contract terms, unconscionable conduct, cartel conduct, misuse of market power, corporations, directors' duties and privacy.
