John Agapitos is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Athens.

He focuses his practice on a wide range of shipping disputes, with experience of charterparty claims, marine insurance matters, shipbuilding and ship sale and purchase disputes. He also advises on casualties and salvage matters, as well as shipping cyber security and fuel specification disputes.

John is dual qualified as a lawyer in Greece, and as a solicitor in England and Wales. John joined the practice in 2020. He has previously worked for two leading international shipping law firms in London.
