David Brazeau is interested in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, particularly mergers and acquisitions and securities law matters.

David advises, among others, buyers and sellers in transactions involving public and private companies, and issuers and underwriters in connection with private placements of debt and equity securities. He also participates in drafting shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements and a wide range of commercial contracts.

During his university studies, David completed a secondment in the legal department of a large public company and held various research assistant positions. He has been with our Montreal office since 2020.
