Guillermo Uria Santander is a Montreal-based civil and commercial litigation lawyer. He handles a wide range of mandates before the Quebec courts and arbitration tribunals and focuses primarily on class actions, civil liability, insurance law and commercial insolvency.

Guillermo has acted on behalf of major Canadian and international corporations in complex litigation and class actions instituted in Quebec under the Consumer Protection Act.
