Giuseppe Pastore is a corporate lawyer based in the Milan office

He regularly assists domestic and international companies active in a wide range of industries on governance and corporate procedural issues and provides legal support to corporate bodies. His experience includes advising on M&A transactions and extraordinary operations, contracts and legal due diligence for the purchase and transfer of participations.

Giuseppe also has done significant work in the area of bankruptcy law, assisting (i) companies in extrajudicial procedures and in industrial and financial restructuring processes, (ii) creditors in debts recovery proceedings, (iii) industrial and financial third parties interested in acquiring assets or companies from debtors in crisis or insolvency proceedings, and (iv) directors of distressed or insolvent companies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Giuseppe worked at Italian domestic law firms.
