Carolin Glänzel is a finance lawyer and counsel based in Frankfurt.

She has been advising on complex financing transactions for more than ten years and represents, among others, credit institutions, debt funds and insurance companies as well as private equity investors and corporates on the origination, syndication, securitization and restructuring of domestic and cross-border real estate, acquisition, corporate and project finance transactions.

Prior to joining us, Carolin worked in the banking team of a major law firm in Munich and for a leading UK firm in Frankfurt. She was also seconded to the legal department of a leading British investment bank in London.
