Biography
Clémence Durand is a Financial Services Regulatory and Derivatives lawyer based in Paris.
She advises clients on a broad range of financial regulatory matters, including banking, investment and payment services, derivatives, crypto-assets and fintechs.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright in 2022, Clémence worked as a lawyer in an international law firm in banking regulations and as a trainee in the compliance department of a French investment bank.
Clémence graduated in banking and business law from the University of Paris-Dauphine and the Sciences Po Law School. She also has a dual bachelor in applied mathematics and social sciences from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Sciences Po Paris.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
She is fluent in French and English.
