Biography

Alan de Rochefort-Reynolds is a commercial dispute resolution lawyer based in Sydney.

Alan's practice focuses on acting for parties in arbitration and litigation relating to contracts, financial services, and corporations legislation.  He has experience dealing with international commercial arbitral disputes under various arbitral rules, including the ICC Rules and SIAC Rules, as well as investor-state disputes. He also has litigation experience in Victoria and in the Federal Courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Alan worked in commercial litigation in Melbourne and was an arbitration associate to a leading international arbitrator in Australia and Singapore.  In addition, he has served as a tribunal secretary in SIAC and UNCITRAL arbitrations.
