Biography
Dennis Ng is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in London. Dennis advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions across a broad range of sectors, including domestic and cross-border M&A, emerging market transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions and general corporate advisory work.
During his training, Dennis undertook a six-month secondment to HSBC’s M&A Legal team.
