James Kwong is an intellectual property and technology lawyer based in Hong Kong.  James is an IP enthusiast and has conducted research in the field of IP during his legal studies.  Prior to joining our team in Hong Kong, James worked at the Hong Kong office of a global IP consultancy.   

James has particular experience in handling local and multi-jurisdictional brand clearance and protection, trade mark portfolio creation and expansion, as well as implementing global portfolio management and enforcement programs for multi-national corporations.  James also regularly advises brand owners on advertising and promotional contents.
