Natalia Starostenko is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Sydney.
Natalia is specialising in complex mergers and acquisitions across multiple industry sectors including technology, media & telecommunication, energy and healthcare & pharmaceuticals. She advises clients across the full spectrum of a transaction, from due diligence, to regulatory matters, through documenting and completing the transaction. Her expertise also includes joint-venture transactions, global corporate restructuring projects and general corporate and commercial matters.

- Shareholders of Braemac group of companies specialising in product design, development, testing, and the supply of semiconductors, systems, and electronic components globally – on the sale of 100% shares in Braemac group of companies to US based company, Exponential Technology Group, XTG (XTG's parent company, Mouser Electronics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TTI Inc. and part of the Berkshire Hathaway Inc family of companies).
- Portfolio company MyDigitalOffice (MDO), a cloud-based platform for sourcing, processing and storing hotel data – on the acquisition of 100% shares in Australian-based global business intelligence solution provide, InTouch Data.
- VTB Capital, VTB Group's investment banking business – in its transaction with Rostelecom, Russia's largest provider of digital services, on the acquisition of a 44.8% stake in SafeData LLC, a leading data centers and cloud services provider in Russia, for US$464 million.*
