Biography
Isobelle is an employment and labour lawyer based in Brisbane.
Isobelle’s experience includes advising across a range of employment issues, including in relation to compliance with workplace laws, employee misconduct and grievances, termination of employment and performance management and managing ill and injured employees. This has included proceedings in the Fair Work Commission and the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission. She also has experience advising on industrial relations issues, including on enterprise bargaining and industrial action.
Isobelle provides advice in relation to safety matters and incidents. This is both front-end advice and drafting as well as advising on immediate incident response and investigation, liability and any prosecution.
Isobelle has provided advice to a variety of clients in a range of industries including construction, resources, transport and logistics, retail and health, government and quasi-government.
