Sduduzo Mhlongo is a tax lawyer based in London. He advises on a wide range of tax matters including general corporate and international tax, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, real estate financing and tax disputes.
Before joining the firm, he was based in Johannesburg where he also advised on exchange control issues.

SN Power holds stakes in renewable hydropower projects in Africa, as part of a joint venture (51 percent SN Power) with Norfund and British International Investment.
Advising a syndicate of banks on the financing of a hotel group's acquisition of 66 hotels from Real Estate Investment Trust for £210 million.
Advising Hermes Infrastructure, on its sale of a fully operational portfolio of c.9,500 rooftop solar assets to a subsidiary of Atrato Onsite Energy plc.
