Sduduzo Mhlongo is a tax lawyer based in London. He advises on a wide range of tax matters including general corporate and international tax, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, real estate financing and tax disputes.
Before joining the firm, he was based in Johannesburg where he also advised on exchange control issues.

Advising Uber Boat by Thames Clippers on a £59 million secured financing package, made available by NatWest and Santander UK, to enable the expansion of its hybrid catamaran fleet and investment in shoreside infrastructure, including multiple new piers and a new dry-dock facility in the Port of Tilbury.
Advising TotalEnergies on its agreement with Norwegian renewable energy company Scatec to acquire 100 percent of its subsidiary company SN Power. SN Power holds stakes in renewable hydropower projects in Africa, as part of a joint venture (51 percent SN Power) with Norfund and British International Investment.
Advising a syndicate of banks on the financing of a hotel group's acquisition of 66 hotels from Real Estate Investment Trust for £210 million.
Advising Hermes Infrastructure, on its sale of a fully operational portfolio of c.9,500 rooftop solar assets to a subsidiary of Atrato Onsite Energy plc.
