Biography
Aleksandra Szostak is an energy and infrastructure lawyer based in Warsaw.
She focuses on M&A transactions in the energy sector and has experience in advising on risks related to project finance.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright in July 2023, Aleksandra has worked in the M&A and debt finance teams in a Polish law firm and in international law firms.
Aleksandra is a trainee advocate and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

- Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on the €3 billion financing of the PGE part of the construction of the 1.5 GW Baltica 2 offshore wind farm located off the Polish coast in the Baltic Sea between Ustka and Choczewo.
- Advised a consortium of Polish banks comprising BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and mBank S.A. in relation to a PLN 321 million (EUR 69 million) financing for R.Power. The funds will be used for the construction of PV installations with a total capacity of 139 MWp.
- Advised Eiffel Investment Group on financing grid deposits for 6 GW PV and BESS portfolio sponsored by Sunly in Poland.
