Jessica Longman is a knowledge lawyer based in Singapore.

Jessica supports fee-earners across various practice groups on transactions, with issues including drafting, process, contractual interpretation and legal research. She assists with our client training initiatives, internal training programme for our lawyers and assists with knowledge development and client publications.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked in both London and Singapore as a banking and finance lawyer. She has advised lenders and borrowers on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including real estate financing, restructurings, structured transactions and acquisition financings in Europe and Asia.
