Biography
Delfina is an energy projects and finance lawyer based in Brisbane.
Delfina has comprehensive experience in providing regulatory compliance and transactional advice across project, commercial and retail finance transactions, acting for both lender and sponsor in the public and private sectors. She has represented a wide range of clients, including energy providers, private and publicly listed lenders, and sponsors of energy and infrastructure projects across multiple jurisdictions.
Delfina consistently navigates complex frameworks and proficiently advises on risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Her strong project management skills ensure seamless communication and alignment among parties. Delfina is bilingual, being fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners on the AU$722m debt financing of Stages 1 and 2 of the Supernode Project, a BESS and DC project located at the Queensland Regional Reference Node, including long term services agreements and project financing.
- Progress Power on its successful tender for a CIS Agreement for the Springvale BESS and subsequent project financing.
- DBS, BNP Paribas and ING on the post completion aspects of the project financing of Vena Energy’s Wandoan South BESS.
- As Australian legal counsel for a Spanish Lender in connection with the AU$224m refinancing of the Sydney Light Rail project.
- Volution Group plc on the finance due diligence of its proposed acquisition of the Fantech Group in Australasia from the owners of the UK-based Elta Group Ltd.
- Squadron across its portfolio of PPAs on the Sapphire Wind Farm.
- TPG Telecom on the review, negotiation and entry into Retail Electricity Agreements with two leading electricity and energy providers.
- Gold Coast City Council on its proposed acquisition of an organic composting facility and proposed development of a waste to energy facility, located in the Gold Coast QLD.
- Queensland Government on the negotiations and execution of numerous Grant Agreements for the funding of quantum-based innovation, development and sports technology.
- Hydroganics on the due diligence and review of a $52m debt facility for the ongoing business operations of a medicinal cannabis facility located in QLD.
