Yasaman joined Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office as an associate in February 2017. Her practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of real property assets such as industrial property, shopping centers, mixed-use, and multi-family projects. She has experience representing both lenders and borrowers with respect to financing in acquisitions and refinancing of properties throughout the United States. Yasaman also has experience representing public and private entities in domestic and international project finance and energy projects.

- Advise a leading provider of alternative and renewable energy in connection with the acquisition of a company focused on the development, production and sale of electricity from geothermal energy. Representation included the review of various real estate documents, including rights-of-ways, Bureau of Land Management leases, private leases and easements.
