Abdulrahman Alrikhaimi is a corporate lawyer based in Riyadh. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions, project development, and cross-border advisory matters.

His commercial work includes negotiating and drafting a wide range of agreements such as share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, subscription agreements, agency agreements, distribution Agreements, and service contracts. He has advised clients on equity investments, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.

In the project development space, Abdulrahman has supported major infrastructure initiatives across NEOM and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on engineering, procurement and construction agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, and related subcontracts and bid documentation.
