Arnaud Bélisaire is a project, corporate and banking lawyer based in Paris.

He has been a member of our energy team for the past twenty years and was appointed partner in May 2011.

Arnaud has been involved in a number of wind farm and solar acquisition and financing transactions. He has also been involved in infrastructure financing in the energy sector, and aspects related to corporate, property, regulation, contracts, share purchase agreement negotiation and turnkey and turbine supply agreements.

Arnaud assists clients in transactions related to solar power plants. He is involved in the works of the photovoltaic commission SOLER and is a member of the solar power association Enerplan.
