Biography
Dr. Barbara Heinrich is a real estate lawyer based in Frankfurt.
Barbara has been advising German and foreign investors on the acquisition, sale and development of real estate (office, retail, residential, hotel and logistics) for more than 17 years, working closely with our financing, M&A, fund and tax law teams.
Her advisory practice includes asset and share deal transactions as well as project developments (forward purchase and forward funding). Barbara also advises commercial tenants and landlords on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant law.
