Biography

Jacob Medvedev's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and high-stakes commercial disputes. Jacob regularly acts for clients in diverse industries on a variety of litigation and regulatory matters, including shareholder disputes and consumer protection class actions.

He has an abundance of advocacy experience and routinely appears in arbitrations, before administrative tribunals and at various levels of court, including the Commercial List of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Jacob has published articles on topics such as class action procedure, trends in privacy breach class actions, developments in securities laws and select topics in public law.
