Loveneet Brar practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on energy and infrastructure. Her practice includes assisting clients with corporate governance and regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence and title review, managing and organizing transactional closings, and assisting with general corporate matters.

Loveneet first joined our Calgary office as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articles with us in 2022.
