Marilou is a corporate lawyer based in Paris.

Marilou advises on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations.

Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Marilou worked as a trainee in the corporate and M&A team of various law firms and in a legal department of an international company.

Marilou graduated from the University of Aix-Marseille with a master degree in compartive business law. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
