Melissa Paglialunga is a corporate and commercial lawyer in our Toronto office. She is developing a broad business law practice with a focus on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities.

Melissa joined us as a summer student in 2022 and returned to article in 2023-2024 after receiving her J.D. and MBA degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University. During her articling term, Melissa was seconded to the Bank of Montreal, where she worked on various business law matters.

While in school, Melissa was a co-chair for the annual JD/MBA Conference and a project coordinator with Pro Bono Students Canada, among other extracurricular activities. Melissa received the Dean’s Gold Key Award for her contributions to the law school.
