Biography
Michelle has over 20 years experience as a lawyer. In addition to Law and Commerce degrees, Michelle has a Masters in Knowledge Management from The University of Melbourne, and post graduate qualifications in employee relations.
She assists with the development of best practice, precedent documents, and legal skills training for Norton Rose Fulbright's national litigation teams (including general litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, employment and environment & planning).
Michelle draws on her experiences as a litigator and a government policy officer to help her clients navigate the complexity of modern legal practice. Michelle sees her role as assisting lawyers to achieve effiencies through capturing and sharing their knowledge, and to drive quality and consistency.
Michelle enjoys problem solving and has extensive knowledge of litigation practice and procedure, including legal professional privilege. Attention to detail is one her strengths and Michelle assists in editing Norton Rose Fulbright's external legal publications.
