Biography
Dan is a registered patent attorney who focuses on developing and implementing strategies to protect the intellectual property of clients ranging from large international corporations to emerging startups. Dan specifically focuses on domestic and international patent procurement in a wide range of electrical and mechanical technologies, including electronic hardware, software, wireless communications, aerospace systems, and semiconductor fabrication.
Dan also has experience in patent infringement and validity analysis, intellectual property litigation, patent reexamination and reissue, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, and domain name dispute resolution under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
