Biography
Alicia Kapolis is a counsel lawyer in Norton Rose Fulbright's St. Louis office. As part of her real estate practice, she frequently represents banks, lenders and other parties in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of real estate transactions. She has experience underwriting title insurance for commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, she has experience drafting entity documents for small businesses. In law school, Alicia concentrated in entrepreneurship and intellectual property.
Previously, Alicia was Associate Underwriting Counsel at a title insurance company.
In the law school clinic, she gained experience representing entrepreneurs and small businesses in a variety of transactional and regulatory matters, preparing for and conducting real estate closings, drafting organizational documents and contracts and working with clients to address policy related issues.
