Radford Goodman is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London. He handles a wide range of commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on insolvency, banking, fraud and asset tracing, contract and corporate disputes.
He acts for a wide range of financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, trustees, creditors, companies and directors. He served on the editorial committee of INSOL’s electronic newsletter and has written articles for Insolvency and Restructuring International, INSOL World, Butterworth’s Journal of International Banking and Financial Law, Corporate Rescue and Insolvency, Financial News and Recovery. Radford is a member of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association, INSOL Europe and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
