Biography

Amélie Guillemette practises employment and labour law. Her specific areas of focus include issues related to hiring, termination of employment, labour standards, occupational health and safety, human rights and freedoms and the interpretation and application of employment contracts and collective agreements.

After obtaining her bachelor of laws in the University of Sherbrooke's cooperative program, Ms. Guillemette chose to pursue her master of laws at the University of Ottawa. In 2018, she clerked for two judges of the Superior Court of Québec.
