Kimberly Stiegler is a banking and finance lawyer based in Frankfurt. Kimberly focuses on debt financing transactions, including acquisition finance and corporate loan transactions, as well as on restructuring and recapitalisation matters. She advises banks, financial sponsors and corporates.

Kimberly completed her LL.B. (Hons) at King’s College London and her LL.M. at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

After qualifying as a solicitor in England & Wales in February 2024 in London, Kimberly started as an associate in our Frankfurt office, where had spent six months as part of her training at the firm.

Kimberly is a German and English native speaker.
