Georgina Leith is a tax lawyer based in London. She advises on a range of UK and international tax matters including corporate M&A, asset and project finance transactions and tax disputes.

 Georgina trained with the firm, during which time she spent time on client secondment at AIG. Georgina qualified as a solicitor in February 2025.
